Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how TrainTrack collects, uses, and deletes personal information when you use TrainTrack.
TrainTrack is designed to provide AI-powered football coaching, personalized training plans, progress tracking, and account management features.

Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, email verification status, and legal acceptance records.
- Profile information: avatar image, gender, date of birth, derived age from date of birth, height, weight, playing experience, questionnaire history, and preferred training schedule details.
- Content you submit: chat messages, coaching requests, training plan preferences, and related conversation history.
- Training and product usage data: generated plans, task completion status, weight entries, feedback interactions, and daily app open counts.

How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account, verify your email address, and let you sign in.
- To personalize football coaching, training plans, and schedule recommendations.
- To store your profile, progress, conversations, and settings across sessions and devices.
- To operate, troubleshoot, improve, and support the app, including fraud prevention and basic product analytics inside the service.

OpenAI Processing
To provide AI coaching features, TrainTrack sends relevant profile details, including your derived age rather than your raw date of birth, onboarding answers, current training context, and the messages you submit to OpenAI's API. OpenAI processes that information to generate coaching replies, training-plan suggestions, and related app responses.
TrainTrack uses your stored date of birth inside the app to keep your derived age accurate over time.
Do not include information in your messages unless you are comfortable with it being processed for this purpose.

How Long We Keep Information
We keep account and training data for as long as your account remains active, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to resolve security or support issues.
If you delete your account, we delete the account and associated data that we are not legally required to keep.

Your Choices
- You can update parts of your profile and password from within the app.
- You can request deletion of your account from within the app.
- If you do not want us to process new messages through the AI coaching service, stop using the chat and coaching features.

Children
TrainTrack is not intended for children under 13, and we do not intend for children under 13 to create accounts for the service.
