These terms explain who can use TrainTrack, how the service may be used, what rights you keep in your content, and the limits that apply to AI-assisted training guidance.
You keep rights in your content, but give TrainTrack permission to process it to run the service.
AI coaching helps with training guidance, but it is not medical advice or a safety guarantee.
Features may change over time, and you can delete your account in the app whenever you choose.

AI Coaching and Generated Output
TrainTrack includes AI-generated coaching suggestions and training plans. These outputs are provided for general informational and fitness guidance purposes only.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, generic, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing them and deciding whether any workout, drill, or recommendation is appropriate for your condition, skill level, equipment, and environment.
Generated output may be similar to suggestions shown to other users and should not be treated as guaranteed original, exhaustive, or professionally certified advice.
Health and Safety
TrainTrack is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or injury.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Stop training and seek qualified medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. You should consult a doctor or other qualified professional before making medical or training decisions based on the app.
You are solely responsible for how you perform exercises, where you train, what equipment you use, and whether an activity is safe under your circumstances.
Intellectual Property and Feedback
TrainTrack, including its app interface, branding, design, software, and service content other than user-submitted content, is owned by TrainTrack or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
If you send ideas, suggestions, comments, or other feedback about the service, you agree that TrainTrack may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee that TrainTrack will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Maintenance, updates, provider outages, technical issues, misuse, or factors outside our control may cause delays, degraded performance, or temporary downtime.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
